DAY ONE!!

Ok, One day down 99 to go... WOW. I had full intentions of starting yesterday, but honestly, it just wasn't going to happen. I couldn't give it my all so I decided to start today. I got to be honest, I wasn't very motivated today, lol. I got a good few pages written out in my journal, and wrote out some good goals of what I would like to attain over the next 100 days. Which I will share with you gradually. I saw another challenger on the 100 day web page, was challenging them selves with sit ups. I added that to my daily regime. I could definitely use some more core strength. So for the first 30 days, I will do 50 sit ups a day, and then for the next 20 I will up it to 75. And for the last 50 days, I will do 100. And maybe up it from there if i see fit. I gotta tell you after about sit up 20 today I was feeling a serious burn... yikes. Apparently I need this. I didn't think 50 would be all that hard. But then again I cant honestly remember the last time I did a SINGLE sit up, let alone 50. So overall I would really like to create some better habits in my life. Alter my thoughts to POSITIVE, CREATIVE, MOTIVATING, ENCOURAGING, and JOYOUS things. A lot is changing in my life. I have a feeling I know less the 25% of whats happening. You know, I look back on last year and would have never guess the events that would happen. I have no doubt that this year will be the same. HECK, my mom is in India!! Who'd of thought that was in the cards. I am SO SO SO happy for her and cant wait to see all the pictures and hear all the stories. Well tomorrow is a new day. I will start it off with my sit ups and some motivating mantras. HEARS TO THE NEXT 99!
